Why Book A Makeover Portrait?

There can be many reasons for deciding to have a Makeover Portrait Experience but the most popular ones we find are teen birthday parties and hen parties/girlie nights out or in.

The most common thing we have said to us is "You won't get a good picture of me - I hate having my photo taken". If this is how you feel this is the perfect choice for you - whether you opt to come alone or with a friend to boost your confidence even more. The whole experience will make you look good, feel great and leave our studio with renewed self confidence. In a nutshell it's a little "me" time - a time for self indulgence and why not? You deserve it.

With all the experiences we offer, makeup is included but hair isn't. Our makeup artist will do hair if requested and cost will be dependant on what you want and what your hair is like, but she is really reasonable. Please feel free to contact Sharon (01423 323776) if you have any questions or want to check if a particular date is available.

The Little Black Book - Boudoir Photography at its Best 

The original, now much copied 'boudoir' shoot. We've been fulfilling husband-to-be's fantasies and giving brides-to-be the ultimate confidence boost before thier Big Day for over 9 years now!

Replace your mans' Little Black Book with one filled with just you! Be as daring or flirty as you like. Sensuous but never smutty, we use flattering lighting and poses, and as with all our makeover experiences, magazine standard airbrushing is included. You will not only feel like, but look like a goddess! The original Little Black Book experience includes makeup, bucks fizz & boudoir shoot with 10 image mini album (the famous Little Black Book) already included. Save £70 in January and February on our standard price, normally £449  - Be a Goddess for the afternoon, from just £379.

Midweek Luxury Makeover -  includes bucks fizz on arrival, makeup application, fashion photo shoot with enough time for one outfit and set change. A great confidence boosting experience for anyone. Restore your inner confident self and love the mirror again! Also included is £25 to spend in the viewing room so you can buy a keepsake of your experience- just £119 per person.

Teen*, Friends or Birthdays - one of our most popular choices - the price includes a soft drink or glass of bucks fizz on arrival, makeup application, fashion photo shoot, one 10" x 8" photograph of all the party together for the organiser or birthday girl and a 7" copy for each girl as a keepsake. Priced at £295 up to 4 girls. 

Party Night Special - * Great for Hens Parties! * this fabulous experience includes for each girl: a makeover, individual fashion photo shoot, a 7" group picture and glass of bucks fizz or alternative soft drink.  If there's 10 or more in the party then we also provide light refreshments (crisps/snacks etc.).  The shoot takes place at our large, shared luxury fashion studio in Harrogate. The Hen or Party Girl also receives a fabulous 20" poster print of her favourite image worth £145. For groups of 10 or more people the poster print is replaced by a Little Black Book album containing 20 favourite images from the shoot! This makes a great day-time entertainment for you and your party.  We invite you to be creative and theme your shoot such as "Miss World", "Moulin Rouge" or "Tarts & Divas" to name a few recent examples!  Depending on numbers this shoot lasts between three and eight hours. Priced at £100 per head for up to 15 girls. Please note there is a minimum of five girls for this experience and a non refundable booking fee of 50% is required at the time of booking.  Early booking is essential for this great FUN experience!  

VIP Luxury Makeover Special - includes makeup, bucks fizz and an extended fashion photo shoot with time allowed for up to 3 changes of makeup and outfits and a generous £75 to spend in the viewing room -Ultimate self indulgence for just from £229.

Gift Vouchers - please specify how many vouchers you would like to purchase, these are available in denominations of £25 and may be used towards any of our Makeover Experiences detailed above.

*Please note teenagers under 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult to the Makeover Experience session. Our makeup is designed for professional photographic use and has not been tested on animals. If you prefer to use your own range of makeup please bring this along to the session and our makeup artist will be happy to apply it for you.
